Skoolie Builds

Makwaden v1 (MakV1)

Purchased through a school auction, Makwaden v1 served as the first chapter in our journey toward sustainable, nomadic living. This bus was minimally converted, designed to be a test bed for innovation and adaptability. MakV1 journeyed across the Southwest, exploring diverse landscapes and connecting with other Indigenous communities, deepening our understanding of the nomadic lifestyle and celebrating the spirit of coming together. Through this experience, we learned valuable lessons that shaped the foundation of our future skoolie projects and cultural engagement on the road.
