endlessly changing horizons
exploring the planet one day at a timeWelcome! A Journey of Adventure, Culture, and Innovation
I’m Kyle, a proud citizen of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, member of the Bear Clan, and father. Along with my loyal Irish Wolfhound, Maeve, we travel and live out of our skoolie, Makwaden v2—our “bear den” on wheels. This nomadic lifestyle has allowed me to stay connected to nature and my cultural roots while leading impactful initiatives.
As the CEO of MakwaUSA, a tech consulting firm, and Chair of the Board at Arrowhead Incubator, I’m passionate about driving sustainable solutions and empowering Indigenous businesses. Join me on this journey where adventure, culture, and entrepreneurship come together.
